It was the best carpet cleaning we've had. Raphael did an excellent job of not only explaining the treatment process for cleaning our carpet but he also did an expert job of reducing some serious pet odors. If I could give Raphael a 12 for a rating I would. And best of all, the carpet doesn't "crunch" after it dried. Like it did after the last time we had a carpet cleaning service in. I would highly recommend Zerorez.

Gary was very professional, shared before & after pictures of our vents and worked hard for nearly 3 hours.
The carpet cleaning was done very well and some very difficult stains removed. My senior brain is not bringing up the name, but he did an excellent job. He completed his work about 2:30 and the first part done was dry by 6 pm. I was thankful and amazed.

Everything looks great with no “crispy” residue. Smells clean, but without fragrance. The technician took time to do a really good job and was not in a rush to pack as many jobs in as possible in a day. Minimal disruption and fast dry time.
