My clients used a different carpet cleaner to do their carpets before going on the market. We had to have Zerorez come back to clean them again to remove the pet odors that didn't come out with the other company's cleaning. The Zerorez cleaner, Dominique, did an exceptional job and is a really nice person!

The process was professional. , The carpets look good. My wife and I got sinusitis for the last few days so I think the protective spray might be the culprit but not sure.

He certainly knows what he was doing. Very nice, easy going, explained everything
so we understood,

Working in customer service can really suck some days.... Well you have a class act
guy!!!!!
Make sure you hold on to people like that because unfortunately in today's

Jeff did a very good job cleaning the carpet in our LR, DR and stairs. He paid extra attention to the stains and traffic patterns that I had pointed out to him. He was friendly but also professional. Our carpet looks new again. Thanks!

This was my second treatment/service within one month (different parts of the house!) and as my first one was, this one was smooth/professional as well. Kyle did an excellent job and I will be completing the third and final "leg" of my carpet cleaning in a few months!
