Very professional, informative and not pushy on trying to make extra money with 'additional' services that are not needed.

I believe Matt was our technician for the duct Cleaning and he did a thorough job and showed us how the system cleaned the ducts and how bad our system needed to be cleaned. He also showed us other options such as a filter system that would improve our air quality.

I was very pleased with the results of the cleaning - I could see the carpets getting cleaner as he went! The technician was very knowledgeable and courteous and I was happy that he knew all my answers. I was also happy that there were no surprise costs. The tech went over everything before and after and explained any additional charges before beginning his work.
