I thought my cleaner Ryan did a wonderful job. He was very professional, thorough and knowledgeable on all the products. He gave me my options and I did not feel like he pushed me into anything like he was just trying to sell me more things that I didn’t need. He also showed me what my bill would look like before providing the extra service options to make sure I was okay with the total bill which was very helpful and courteous. I will definitely be calling in the future for another cleaning. Thank you.

The two-man crew was very professional and respectful of our house. They answered all of our questions and were not pushy in any way. I really appreciated how they treated our house as if it were their own, such as with putting up corner bumpers to protect the walls when using the accordion style tube for the cleaner. I was also pleased that they called when they were 15 minutes out to let me know they were on their way. We will certainly recommend Zerorez services to our friends and family!

I like the fact that you don't use soap. The carpeting dries quite quickly and "feels" clean as well. Your technicians are very friendly, knowledgeable and on time.
