I put my gas fireplace on in the living room because the worker told me that it was okay,the area neat it dried crunchy,the rest dried fine that was not near it. The technician was awesome by the way!

Zach was a miracle worker. Got out a stain neither of us thought would ever come out.
I was told the special was $89.00 for 3 rooms and $35.00 a room for pet treatment. I had one living room and a area rug at the front door. He came up with a bill for $167.00! The carpet cleaners in Vegas are the worst I have ever experienced for giving you a price and then getting there and inflating it. I am from Virginia and when they tell you a price, that is what it is unless you add more square footage. The cleaning was OK, but the price stinks!
Our carpet looks like brand new!!! I cannot believe how clean it is! Our tile and grout are nice and clean like it was brand new. Our carpet was dry in 2 hours.

The work was fantastic, but I didn't like that the technician tried upselling services immediately upon arriving. We had nasty carpets-which turned out great-but we wanted to see how much could come up before we did a deep clean.

First let me start out by saying David our tech was amazing. Very personable, helpful and took the time to explain everything in detail. I didn't feel pressured in any way, he did a really good job. The only reason I would hesitate about recommending Zerorez is because I feel the carpet isn't as clean as I was hoping. Maybe it's because the carpet is white and my expectations were too high, but I think a traditional shampoo extraction would have had a better result. I really wanted to try the no residue option first.

I've used other carpet cleaners, however Zerorez uses a lot less water. The hot extraction cleans the carpet with no residue left behind only bringing up the dirt and grime and leaving a soft to the toes clean carpet. Kenny did a great job! Good Luck and continued success.
I would like to recommend that your hoses be protected so that it does not dirty the walls and door frames as it stretches from room to room. There was a bit of cleanup required to our walls/door frames from the dirty hoses.
