We liked the fact that Zerorez does not use soaps in their cleaning product that can leave sticky residue on the finished carpeting, chairs, etc.

I was very impressed with Eddie's professionalism and respect of our furnishings and wall corners. He did a very thorough job. I will ask to have him again as our serviceman. No residue. No strong chemical odor. Great product. The carpet turned out beautiful, BUT I do have one problem that needs to be addressed...and I don't think it's due to Eddie. As the carpet dried, there were some small dark spots left that weren't there before. They are dark brown and stiff/hard to the touch. My daughter was at my house overseeing my carpets being cleaned while I was at work, and was a little worried that I wasn't able to see if the carpet cleaner was doing a good job. When I got home I was pleasantly surprised and extremely satisfied with how my carpets turned out, being 10 years old. My carpet looks new again! Thank you Zerorez for being good at what you do.
You shouldn't charge fuel surcharge. That is your business expense and should not be passed on to the customers. It's ridiculous.
Price was way too high for the same thing I could get for $49
All were excellent.
