Great service and friendly staff. The guys that cleaned our carpet were great! They were very helpful and knowledgeable about this product.
David was very polite, and explained everything as he was going through each phase. David also talked to me about the issues with my carpet, and the best method for cleaning it without making me feel like he was in a rush to get out of there. Great service, and I'm very happy with the results.

I love you Zerorez!! You guys are miracle workers..Our new puppy left her mark everywhere and our carpets look like new again I can't believe it! Besides puppy we had so much traffic dirt and other stains. I am so impressed I highly recommend you to everyone and I have! Your service man was so informative and helped me with future stains and how to remove them quickly. The black light was amazing he showed me stains that I wasn't aware off. They did clean carpet quite good. But it did not dry up in 4 hrs as they mentioned. I fact it took a whole day at some places like stairs and living room where there was no fan. Overall nice job!
On time. Efficient. Our tech Ryan mentioned services that he thought we could use, but was not pushy or give pressure to buy the extra services. Carpet looks great and the grout in my tile is cleaner than it has been in 20 years! Couldnt be happier :)

I like your philosophy of leaving behind little to no cleaning residue. The crew came out to help us at the last minute and were able to accommodate our needs. We were in the midst of floor tiling and painting other areas and they were able to work around those issues to get their job done. That is professionalism.
