Carpet looks great when done.
Cleaned carpets without using chemicals which means that I don't have to worry about my pets. It dried fast which means that it does not get dirty again because it attracts dirt.
Victor, the technician, was so helpful, and I really appreciated his advice about the best way to get my carpets clean... and they were not clean...and when I say not clean I mean really dirty! In addition, he did an AMAZING job! OMG my carpet looks brand new! And it doesn't smell chemically. I will definitely use zerorez again and again and definitely recommend! Thank you!!

Both, the lady that set up the appointment, and, the tech,lied about the drying time. The lady said 4 to 6 hours. And Eddie said 2 to 4 hours. We left with 7 fans on, and returned home 6 1/2 hours later, and the carpet was still wet, not damp, but wet. We couldn't put the furniture back in order, nor walk on it, so this disappointment caused frustration, anger, and we had to try and watch tv from the dining room. My wife went to ged at nine, and carpet was still wet. I retired at midnight, and it was still damp. We feel we were lied to by two representatives of your company. And the grief caused by your team's lack of knowledge was inexcusable. Therefore, in the case of recommending Zerorez, is ZERO. We seemed satisfied after the work was completed, even gave Eddie a tip. But we are 100% dissatisfied.

The only problem is the cost and that is simply what one is up against for superior service
The technician was friendly and knew what he was doing. Although, the smell of the cleaner is the same as other carpet cleaners I have had in the past. I thought there would be something different about your service, like a special cleaner and carpet not so wet.
