Not try to upsell so hard. I realize all carpet cleaners do this and it's a huge turnoff

Our Tech, Luis Meza is awesome. He really knows what he's doing. He also explains the products and how they work and the process. That really put my mind at ease. The job was done well and in a timely matter. Will definitely use them again.

The only reason I'm marking you down is we're yet to hear back about the stain in our carpet that appeared the next morning after the cleaning. (Cleaning Thurs. called you Fri.) 8 a.m. The stain is a perfectly round yellow-ish mark, like a can or perhaps a spray bottle left some residue. We would like to figure out how to fix this. I have had my carpet and tile cleaned a few times for the same price. I feel the price I was expecting should have been the same, not increased by $90. I was given a couple discounts to come to $375 instead of the $401 they first stated. I was prepared to pay the usual $310. ZEROREZ does offer a superior service, but I feel $400 for my small area getting cleaned is a bit pricey. I will most likely be asking for references for another company that can offer quality at a more realistic and reasonable price. I feel Zerorez has out priced themselves for the service they provide

I was really impressed with the quality of cleaning that zerorez provided. Ryan was very thorough and explained everything he did while cleaning.
