I hired ZeroRez for a clients property.
The carpets were in poor condition and it was questionable whether they were even salvageable or if they would need replaced.
However, I knew the carpet was a very high quality carpet and had hopes they could be saved.
The end result of the carpet cleaning was amazing! The house looked like it had new carpet throughout.

I was very disappointed with the service this time around. I moved all the small stuff, end tables table chairs, so they could do their job without too much hassle, but was disappointed that they did not move, lift, or ask if I wanted them to clean under my sofas and easy chairs. In the past, it was done without asking, but this time I had to ask them to clean under one sofa and an easy chair. Do you have new policies? They did do what I asked and I am happy with my mostly clean carpet, just disappointed if this is your new procedure.
The techs are always so kind and polite. They show up on time, address any questions or concerns, and get right to work. Our tech also gave suggestions to help with our high frequency areas and spots that he noticed had more use than others since we’ve been working from home a lot. We have used ZeroRez since we bought our house, and they have always been so easy to work with!
