I was excited that I could get an appointment the next day after calling. I really like that there is no strong chemicals used to clean the carpet. Even though our carpet was really old, the cleaning really made a huge difference. So clean and fresh looking.
The technician explained everything and offered additional services that they have. He was very courteous and friendly.

The product is just fantastic, takes out all stains and with two little dogs we need an effective product to do that, which Zerorez always delivers.

I hate to do this, but I am really unhappy with the tile and grout cleaning. In addition, I included the "seal" so to think that all of the dirt left is now sealed in is horrifying. This tile is only 1 year old. We cleaned the grout by hand in July and it was perfect. I was really surprised at the state it was left in when I know what it can look like. I thought maybe it wasn't dry and that's why I didn't initially address it. It's been 24hours now and I am not happy. The upholstery came out great. I have photos of the grout after 24 hours if anyone is interested in seeing them.

It has taken over 24hrs for our stairs to dry....not even close to the 2 hours stated on line or 4 hrs by the onsite tech
