A thorough inspection of our carpet determined we needed deep cleaning only in some areas and the crew was very professional and personable.
Carpet was clean. Tech showed up on time and was efficient. I will use Zerorez again.
I was over charged based on the estimate. It wasn’t made clear that the area rug was not included in the estimate. I was under the impression from the explanation that yes they charge by square footage but also soil level hence an estimate but may be slightly more because of soil level. I was charged over $50 on the high end and $80 on the low end based on my “estimate.” I don’t mind that I over paid, but 100s of estimates are given daily from Zerorez $10-$20 above the estimate is acceptable, not $50-$80.

I have sent it twice. I dont know what is wrong with your email problems but enough is enough.
Martin did a good job cleaning the carpet in my bedroom and closet. However, he indicated it should be dry in 4-6 or 8 hours and it is still wet 24 hours later.
