Your technicians are professional and do a good job of getting rid of deep stains on carpet. The visit was pretty quick. Only about an hour to do the carpet for the whole house

Very professional staff! The gentleman who cleaned our carpet was kind and respectful. He was able to clean our two rooms and ottoman in under 45 minutes. Fairly priced and quick scheduling
The technicians are punctual and efficient. The chemicals used have no adverse smell. The carpet dries quickly. I have used other companies in the past, but Zerorez is head and shoulders above the others.

Before I called Zerorez I had Stanley Steamers clean the carpet in 2 rooms. They left so much soap in my carpet when it dried it was crunchy, stiff and matted down. The second time I had Zerorez clean my carpet I did the 4 step cleaning. My carpet is like new again. It's soft and clean. I'm very pleased with the time and effort Cory spent getting the dried soap out

I've used your company several times however this time I'm not very happy with the carpet cleaning. The high traffic areas does not look as if it was cleaned. I was told that there are two types of cleaning a surface and a deep clean and that would cost me much more. I think time I'll have to try Stanley Steamer. I'm very disappointed.
