Brandon did an excellent job, called when he was on his way, arrived in time and explained everything to me. My carpets look brand new again and the price was very reasonable. I would highly recommend using Zerorez
I saw your "$29/room plus 100 sq ft of tile" advertisement so I called for pricing to clean two rooms, one stairway, one hallway at the bottom of the stairs and one landing/hallway at the top of the stairs. I was told the landing/hallway at the top of the stairs would count as one room. And the stairs had a standard price of $65. With my military discount the quote was for $156. I then received that quote from her via email for verification.
When the technician arrived I said I wanted to make sure he and I were on the same sheet of music and went over all of the above. We agreed
When he had finished one room, the stairs, the hallway below the stairs and the landing/hallway above the stairs he said he was done. He said that was what was on the quote and what he and I had agreed on. I reiterated all of the above but he was adamant that I was wrong.
I brought up the quote on the computer and indeed it showed everything I stated in my introduction. But then he pointed out that the email quote was for $193, not $156, and that was what he was going to charge. I had looked at the email quote and confirmed the "items" in the quote but not the "price". My bad. I should know better than to trust.
Summary: Either the girl giving me the quote erred in her $156 quote or the technician erred in first telling me his and my understandings of what he was supposed to do were in agreement and then telling me my quoted price was off by $38.
I am not dissatisfied with the job done, I just think I was hit with a bait-and-switch and think that is a bad way for any company to do business. It bothers me that if I was to ever decide to use you again I would have to work under t he assumption that I can't trust what you say but must be extra vigilant to make sur3e what you say equals what is on your writte3n document.
The representative was very nice. and wore the mask like I asked him to. Very professional but friendly. And done a great job.
That it has limited chemicals
The hot empowered water cleaning method leaves my carpet feeling soft and fresh. It really works great....the stains don't return. My TECHNICIAN TJ was very helpful and answered all my questions....he did a thorough job on my 3 rooms.
I like that products are natural and are not soap based.
Your technician was very friendly and did an amazing job, especially as he was alone.

Good service they clean the carpet and use them for quite a few times love their work tried other places years ago but this is number one the best

The carpet seemed a little wetter than normal and definitely wetter than last time I used you guys and when it dried it was real hard and brittle but the guy was friendly kind courteous

The professionalism and thorough service of the technician was great. They took the time to explain the process and made sure they protect corners from the whose with guards. They also wear shoe covers and help moved furniture.
