Carpet looks great: not crunchy or filmy. Dries fast, usually within 24 hours. They are the best carpet cleaners we have found, so we continue to use them.

Carpet and tile look great! The whole process didn’t take long. Technician was very professional.
The worker did Ok, but didn't get rid of a couple of stains we had. Also, the 3 room plus hallway $99 offer ended up over $200, so the promised pricing gets blown up everytime, so people can't go by what you say you will charge.
