so first of all the tech that came wasn't great I showed him areas that I need him to focus on which where small and those areas weren't good he cleaned the carpets once and fast. Then after it all the next day the smell was still there after I paid an extra 70$ for that. besides that the tech tried to charge me an additional $140 for no reason. I was very upset let him know and then he said he can waive one fee I will just pay $70 on top of my $111. after my experience with the tech, price and end results I won't use this service again.Sadly I let tech know prior I plan to use it again before I move in august. even after me mentioning this he still didn't do a great job. I even tipped him $30 which I regret. I thought since I got out of his hair while he cleaned it would be fine but I wish I watched him because it was a half done type work. so with this all I will let all my clients know how terrible this is and how much they rip people off.

The quality of the service provided beats out all others in the industry. I used Zeroez in California and was thrilled to know I can also use this amazing service in Nevada. Our furniture and carpets look fantastic.

My black furniture has a big spray of white dots along the bottome. Sadly it was too heavy for me to move so it was on the carpet. But weird marks and powdery residue for a water only clean
