One of the reasons I picked Zerorez was because it'd dry quickly. It took overnight for my carpets to dry with the AC and fans running constantly. Not a lot of stains came out after they cleaned, thought there'd be a better outcome. Also, the price was a lot more than expected. Not sure I would choose Zerorez again.

Major did an excellent job. He was very nice and I have no complaints with him. However he did recommend a pre treatment which cost an additional $70. I Ok'd it but felt this should have been incl in the initial $111. My apt is very small and paying $181 to clean the carpet seems extravagant for someone on a fixed income. My neighbors here use another company and pay $100. Next time I will be calling other companies for the best price. Otherwise no issues

Van was on time, affable, worked quickly and explained what he was doing. I like the fact that there is no residue left from chemicals in the carpet, as has been the case with other companies. This process did a good job on pet stains, and it feels safer for my dog. Thanks for a job well done!

We asked for pet stain /order removal treatment. The area still smells like urine, we were told that the pad beneath the carpet was treated. I specifically chose Zerorez and paid more than I would have for a traditional carpet cleaner because I believed in the hype. Unfortunately I was not impressed with the results.
My carpets look like new again.

Carpet looks great: not crunchy or filmy. Dries fast, usually within 24 hours. They are the best carpet cleaners we have found, so we continue to use them.
