Dries quickly.
The tech was very friendly, professional, when completed, asked me to review the furniture to see if I was pleased etc.
He also used wall corner protectors which I appreciate since I just bought this home/just moved in and had every inch of floor replaced and every inch of the home freshly painted WHITE.
I would suggest that plastic or a floor covering be placed under beds/Sectional/furniture being cleaned, however.
The cleaning spray, water from cleaning, and sealant got all over my area rugs and my new floors.
Although the tech did a quick wipe up of the tile upon completion, there is still residue on my brand new tile and grout... so I’m really hoping it comes off and then also it’s obviously in/on my new area rugs as well that I don’t be able to clean.. So that is really stressing me out.
also- I received zero res coupons in many mailers/sources. I told the tech about the coupon after he quoted me a price, but he said that his price was the best he could do- regardless of coupon.
So what is the point of coupons other than a lure/marketing scheme.
other than that- it was timely, with great results. I have all white linen Restoration Hardware sectional and bed frame/headboard- with kids n pets and moving—the end result was dramatically noticeable..
Very professional, arrived on time. Did a great job on the carpets. Would highly recommend. This is the 4th time I have used Zerorez. Can't go wrong.
They don't leave shampoo in the carpet and making it more dirty.

Amazing service! Areas that looked worn...were just dirty! The tech did a PERFECT job! The carpet is roughly 25 years old and now it looks NEW!

Scheduling receptionist was friendly and answered all my questions. Our cleaning technician, Shane, did a fantastic job. He was patient and redid certain trouble spots to make sure he got them cleam…my carpets and rugs are brand new again! I’m very satisfied with the quality of service and product.

never dissapointed! I thought Stanley the Steemer was the best however ZeroRez is by far the leading Competitor in this industry. My carpets are a very light creamy beige and attract dirt easily but Zerorez brought my dingy carpets back to life!! Awesome job!!

First of all the technicians came in with shoe covers that was great. Very professional and knowledgeable. Did extra steps to show me how to align my filters. Also was letting me know what all the procedures that they were and finding.
Isaiah was right on time and was very friendly and professional. He made sure we understood the process and product for allergies. Will definitley use again.

Your technician was awesome. But a inital price for $420 for a syntetic 7/10 area rug was outrages.I have been in business all my life and this kind of play just puts a real bad taste in my mouth. I ended up paying $132.00 still to expensive!! 5 minutes it took for the rug cleaning.A instant price drop of $300.00 ? You make people feel like Idiots? Sorry, no recommendation from me.Highly unethical business practice!!
Carpets came out beautiful even though there was several stains and very soiled traffic patterns. The young man cleaning the carpets worked quickly and was very friendly. This is the third time I have had them out and have3 always been very satisied.
