Love the service and zerorez does amazing Job. I have had my carpets, rugs and couches done.

Have all services you are going to do in the quote and not add it on at the day of service. Do not surprise people with additional amounts they are not expecting to pay. I had about $175 added to my quoted price during service date. I was not happy about that.

First telephone answer person didn't give pricing info. Had to call back and got base amount.

Cleaner was cooperative about moving the few pieces of furniture that needed to be moved. He refused to move a lightweight chair near a stain in a mostly empty bedroom. He talked back to me. Claimed he reached under chair to clean area. Stain still there.

I told him spots at bedroom doorway I thought were coffee. The spots have turned into STAINS that have spread out and are coffee colored. What do I do now?
Overall I am happy with the cleaning results, except where noted. Carpet and rugs are bright and clean looking. Cleaner should improve his attitude and be more detail oriented.

I thought the gentleman that cleaned carpets for me at Hartwick Pines in Sun City Athem was very professional, courteous and did a great job.

My carpets were filthy (embarrassingly so), the traffic stains were very bad and I have small dogs that had secret places where they had peed and we had no idea until we moved the furniture. Your Zerorez employees Tracy and Mike assured me that it was not the worst they’d seen, laughed at my joke about my “frankencarpet”, recommended your pet enzymes and deep cleaning brushes for a fair additional fee and THEN they got to work. They busted their @- - - cleaning my carpets. Everything. Came. Clean. I was not expecting the results they got. The cleaners they used left a refreshing and not overwhelming smell in my house which is nice because perfumes and things give me headaches. The carpets were completely dry in about five hours but I was expecting it to take longer because of the amount of work they had to do to clean was extensive. My job was done right, my carpet looks great and my heart is totally happy because Zerorez was awesome from start to finish. Thanks Tracy and Mike!! You guys are awesome :0)

My stairs are still wet and it has been 36 hours since they were cleaned. The water was not extracted from the steps properly. I am very disappointed. The guy was nice but I cannot recommend the work. My stairs are still wet right now as I write this :(

Courteous technicians. ( Great job, Will). Carpets get clean and stay clean. My grout is beautiful, a lovely off white again.

The work was done well. My issue is with your radio and newspaper ads. The ads suggest that Zerorez will do deep cleaning of the rooms for only $33.00 per room, but in fact to get that cleaning it costs a lot more.

Technician was pleasant and did an excellent job.

Technician broke a door. I then find out your company has no repair people. Instead of offering to fix my door when the tech called in, I was offered a 40$ discount. How is a 40$ discount going to fix my door? That was insulting to say the least. I was promised a call from a supervisor. He never called. I received a call from the office, “ he will call in Wednesday”, no call and I still have a broken door. I decided to get the door fixed. I then get a call that the supervisor wants to come out the following week. No thank you, too late. This experience will be shared on social media. For 200$ the service should have been much better. Fix it, if anyone really resides this.

First I have to say On Time, GREAT!!! Fast!!! Clean personal appearance, presentation means everything!
Derek, was very knowledgeable of the product, and Very,Very Good at his job. He wanted to make sure he did his very best to make me happy. He is very polite and respectful.
If I had employes, Derek is the kind of person I would seek to make my business grow and be
successful.
Hopfuly I will get Derek again next time.

I did find it a little offputting that 3 rooms of carpet cost $99. but 2 rugs cost $160.
