I liked the friendly staff from scheduling to the two men who came out and cleaned my carpets. The men were very detailed in explaining the products and what they were going to do. When they were finished, I was told about a couple of wear spots and to vacuum the walk ways slowly and often to help the life of the carpet.

Ricky did a great job, I'm satisfied overall, except I find it very off putting with the carpet care companies typical upsale, add ons etc...sales pitches. also when you repeatedly hear and see the $99.00 deal everywhere just honor that, I'm in a 1500 square foot home half is tiled . I ended up paying $180! That's all thank you

Given a phone estimate of "around $200" when the final bill was $381 and took took less than 2 hours was frustrating, a true bait and switch scam company who I will never again use or recommend. I was told there would be two workers, only one showed. The work product was average at best but the gentleman preforming the job was pleasant. Pride of workmanship is a thing of the past. I have a year-old puppy who has been a potty-training challenge but the worker assured me the smells would al be gone. Not even close. Enough poor reviews will put this company where is belongs, out of business and unable to scam anyone else.
They always arrive on time. Carpets look nice with pets stains gone. odor-free and ready to use in a short period of time.
