This info pertains to my last tech only. Arrived on time. My carpets dried quickly..which leads me to believe the correct amount of water was used. TJ cleaned up after himself ex. excess water on floors.

I moved away from Las Vegas the day after you cleaned my carpet and tile. I was so disappointed I would have called you back if I were staying in the area to have you redo it. This is the second time I used your service and second time I was less than happy. The carpet looked much better but was crunchy the next day. The big disappointment was the tile. As it dried it showed some grout was clean and some wasn’t. I actually have cleaned it better myself. I was there alone and only went upstairs one time after it was cleaned. As for the tile/grout at the front door I put a rug on it to keep it clean as I went in and out a few times but I actually sent photos to my friend who recommended you this time. Sorely disappointed. Not to mention that the price ended up being about 3 times the quote.
Since I was introduced to your service by my son I have used your service and I have never been disappointed.

The technician arrived as scheduled. He did a wonderful job cleaning my carpet and it's much cleaner than than what I've experienced from your so-called competitors. The technician didn't try to shake me down for more money or unwanted services, again, unlike some of your so-called competitors.
I've had Zerorez clean my carpet twice in the last two years, and I will again call them when needed. I highly recommend them.

The traffic areas still show dirt. I immediately noticed when I walked in the rooms. I called zerorez for the purpose of cleaning my carpet, not just the low traffic areas. I'm not sure how you can fix. Talking with other past customers, they are saying the same. I'm not sure if your way of cleaning is effective.
