Sales rep Reggie was exceptional on every level and made my decision to hire ZeroRez an easy one. The service techs were very friendly and professional as well. Our carpeting is one year old and unfortunately a few stains were just not able to be removed. They tried their best.
I do have one suggestion which almost made me only rate your company 8 stars. Our service was on Saturday and I paid the invoice on Monday after cleaning. Tuesday, 3 days after the cleaning, I received an email stating our account was past due. The good thing however, is that I received a reply from the LV office apologizing and letting me know it was automated response. Customer service warrants a 10. I do hope you'll consider changing those immediately automated emails to maybe 10 days. Thanks to all of you. : )

This past weekend I had an appointment for Zerorez to clean the carpets in my house. In a timely manner, i received a courtesy call advising the servicemen were on their way Will and Jasper arrived at my home shortly after the call. They were both professional, knowledgeable, and worked efficiently as a team. In addition to being extremely pleasant and polite gentlemen, I was very impressed with the personal attention they put into the job. It was my pleasure to meet them, and my carpet looks fantastic because of the excellent job they did. Thank you for assigning Will and Jasper to take care of my carpet cleaning.

Michael, the service tech did an outstanding job cleaning our upholstery, area rugs, and carpet. Not only was he skilled in his job, he was professional, honest, detail oriented, and personable. Isaiah was very nice and professional. He gave me a whole list of treatments that he was going to do. I don't know if they were necessary or not.
The technician was extremely friendly and nice and very cordial. But extremely disappointed that after it dried, when I walked on the carpet it laid back down and instantly showed the carpet dirt trail. I was hoping it was going to be better than Stanley Steamer. But results were exactly the same. Just very disappointed for 200.00

I think its mainly as a single female i was willing with a little help to move the couches and mirrors to get the entire area - reveived no ok so my hoyse is clean straight thru walkways! I wasnt talkin removin all the furniture just a little assist on some; otherwise service was great! I will b callin again!

I loved the carpet cleaning and the tile cleaning. They have restored my faith in floor tiles being able to be cleaned. The grout lines are much cleaner, lighter, and looks less yucky now. I will be using them again.
