They should have vacuums around the baseboard they didn't that should be part of doing a room is doing the edge between the carpet and the baseboard

Sale prices for multiple rooms including protectant, tech was very courteous, friendly and helpful. Also explained everything thoroughly and was fast. Carpet is like new again and soft, nothing harsh.
There are a few sticky spots on my carpet that were not there before the service was performed and those specific areas smell kind of funky also the carpet feels really rough and sleek like there's still some chemicals on the floor and it was rushed or not done properly. It feels clean but there could've been a lot more attention to detail from the technician. I also left him a tip which im wondering if that was a mistake since I was in the shower when he was working and could not see the job being performed
