The carpet is much cleaner. However there are a few areas that were not completely cleaned due to difficult stains. The additional cost to remove them was an unreasonable extra charge; when I was already charged a big price. One charge for everything should be sufficient.
Let me start with the technician, he was great, polite and had helpful information on cleaning our carpet. I would highly recommend Zerorez to anyone.

This is my third experience with Zerorez and I am very happy with the services. It is the first time I had a chair cleaned and it looks great. The two people who came (John and Zack) both were polite ad did the work efficiently, The work was done much faster than I thought.
Carlos was very thorough and did treat our house like his. I've tried a number of companies through the years and have never been abble to satisfy me. He was able to remove the traffic stains that I've always pointed out to all those companies except him. He actually took his time and the finished product did make a difference.
