Cory was amazing!! Very polite and knowledgeable. I was afraid of the wet carpets, and embarrassed of the pet and wine stains. Thanks to Zero Rez and Cory our carpets look brand new!!

The guys were great. Super friendly and informative. Worked around my chaos, clutter, dogs, zoom calls etc. Really appreciate them. I forgot until after they left that I was looking forward to the before and after photos of the HVAC cleaning. Really looking forward to it because its my first time doing that service and I'm an investment Realtor so we buy a lot of old houses. But yeah, everything was great. The carpets and couch look so clean and fresh and they dried fast.

Was charged way more than what was quoted over the phone. Person that came to clean the carpet kept charging us for extra things AFTER he did the treatment or cleaning. Customers should be able to approve or not approve certain charges BEFORE it’s done, not after.

I know that your representatives are required to give disclaimers on their work and what the results may or may not be. However, the condescending manner in which Victor spoke with me was not appreciated and insulted my intelligence. Providing training in the area of interpersonal communications versus being only business minded may to help improve in this area. There was one point during the explanation of services that I contemplated canceling and asking the representatives to leave. However the work was completed in a satisfactory manner.

Easy to make appointments, professional technicians call when they are on their way to your home, all take safety precautions wearing masks & foot covers before entering your home, clean carpet well, courteous & professional. Overall an excellent Experience.
My tile and carpet are not as clean as I expected for the price I paid. I was told I would see a big different in the cleanliness and the smell but I am not experiencing that. I would appreciate another cleaning free.

Carlos was very thorough and did treat our house like his. I've tried a number of companies through the years and have never been abble to satisfy me. He was able to remove the traffic stains that I've always pointed out to all those companies except him. He actually took his time and the finished product did make a difference.
Eric the technician was very informative about what he was using. I was very impressed with his professionalism. The products had no strong odor and my floors looked amazing after it was cleaned.
