Brandon was fantastic! He was so well mannered and did an outstanding job cleaning our carpet and tile flooring. The carpet in our bedroom had seen better days, and now it looks great....very soft and fresh. Brandon took extra effort to get rid of stains that were affecting the carpet's appearance. In fact, I no longer feel the need to change it out for new flooring.
I will continue to recommend Zerorez to my Real Estate clients, friends, and family.

This is only the second time getting our rug cleaned, (first one was about 2 years ago) but that's because our first time cleaned our rug so thoroughly we didn't need another cleaning until recently. Marcus arrived on the appointed time, explained his procedure and now we have a lovely rug once again. And once again I was delighted at the wonderful job Zerorez performed! Thank you Zerorez Las Vegas and we'll be calling again the next time we need clean rugs!!!
The carpets look good except for in front of a loveseat we use all the time it still looks soiled.
Would you be interested in taking a look to see to see if that can be remedied?
The Tech was amazing and very professional however the water he used had a really bad oder. Shortly after he finished the entire house had an order of a wet gym towel that lingered for several days. This has never happened before in the past and I get my carpets cleaned at least 3 or 4 times a year. I will be trying a different company next time just to see if the same problem occurs.

My carpet looks great. It is soft and very clean. It actually looks brand new and it's 15 years old. I wish I would have called much sooner. I will definitely use Zerorez again.
The technique was very friendly and did a great job
The customer service was phenomenal, and most of the regular wear was improved. Unfortunately we were charge a “bio treatment” that was supposed to remove dog stains and it did not. It now reeks in the small soiled area. And it is incredibly greasy in that same area. I’m am super disappointed after spending so much money.
