It took three days for the carpet to dry
Victor, the technician, was great. I like how the carpets dry so fast, and the protectant helps me clean up my pet's stains easier (I think).
Carpets came out very clean, no residue and carpet dried very fast. There was also a very pleasant citrus smell.
Service technician was on time. Did an amazing job cleaning the carpets. He explained other services. I like the fact that after the carpets are clean they’re pretty dry not soggy wet

carpet in bedroom was soaking wet. It took into the next day to be dry even with three fans and open windows. Everything is very clean though. happy with results.
Not sure what he did, was done by 15 minutes after his 20 minutes set up, still smells like urine in the living room rug. Not satisfied by the amount charged, for stairs and carpet , my opinion, he went too quickly. Entire time at house less than 40 minutes!!!

When I called to inquire about setting up an appt, I explained that I just wanted my closet carpet cleaned. That’s all I needed. She said it was $35 per room. So I booked an appt. The technician came out and explained there was a minimum charge which would cost about $100. That certainly wasn’t explained to me on the phone whatsoever so I was a bit upset that it would be more than I was told on the phone. The carpet came out great so I was happy with that. Just not happy with the price told to me in the phone especially when it wasn’t explained about the minimum.
