I was absolutely satisfied with carpet after being cleaned. It did not have that heavy perfume smell. It smelled fresh and clean. I feel my pets are safe on the carpet. The gentleman who did my carpet was prompt, professional, polite and very knowledgeable. He satisfactorily answered questions we had. I will definitely call Zerorez again for my carpet cleaning.
Thorough and friendly service!
The person that came had the cell that fail. Talk a person in the office who was worried about getting paid and wanted information so you could get paid. I did not receive any information that the person in the office said he would send by email. He should take lessons from the person who did the carpet on how to treat a customer
The rugs look better than i thought they would be. Nice guy.
John was GREAT, very nice and respectful. Carpet feels new, soft. Not stiff like other companies leave the carpet. Our tile floor looks new as well.
Steve was extremely nice and professional. He did a great job and was in and out in a timely manner. Our cheapy carpet looks great and the pet smell seems to be gone. Now I just have to keep the dogs away and family to take off their shoes!!!!
No soapy residue on carpet! Carpets are soft and luxurious when clean. There is a fresh citrusy smell when done. Tile cleaning is amazing! And no pressure sales.
Basically, a very good job. My wife however was not totally satisfied because there were some spots left after the carpet dried. She suggested to call back for a spot removal appointment.
We liked the fact that the cleaning solution used was safe for our toddler, since she spends a lot of day on the carpets. The technician Kevin, was polite, professional and answered questions without hesitance, compared to other carpet cleaning companies we were originally going to go with. We found Zerorez online and the website really sold us on the services.

I was very satisfied with your employee that came to my home. His name is Greg Williams. He was efficient, polite and knew what he was doing. Since I suffer with allergies to chemicals, he sprayed the citrus solution in a small area on my carpet in one of my rooms to see if it would bother me. It did, my eyes teared up almost immediately. Since my carpets had no stains, I said not to use the solution and just to clean my carpets with just plain water. He complied without a problem. Even just using water, my carpets looked good when he was finished. I would not hesitate to use your company again.
The young man you sent to our house on Friday was very professional. He listened to what I had to say and had answers for my questions.He did an excellent job on my carpet and tile. They turned out looking like new. I have used Zerorez for a number of years and wouldn’t use anyone else.
I'll call Monday but Zerorez has come 2 times and can not get cat urine smell out of a room that only had one cat accident. I thought the bio treatment fixed animal urine but I'm really disappointed with the outcome.
Great service and explanation
Carlos was very attentive to our home and was a very hard worker. He explained what he would be doing and thoroughly explain the billing process.
It was very easy to make an appointment to have our carpets cleaned, and we used a coupon from the newspaper to obtain a discount.
The technician was professional in his attitude and work, Annalise’s what had to be done, and did it. The solution and equipment cleaned areas that we thought would never come clean. We will use your services again in the future.

Our tech was really friendly and communicated well, and also provided a lot of professional insight about the process when asked questions. Didn't push for unnecessary upgrades, after suggesting, and offered an alternative that kept our budget in mind. The job was fantastic as well.

I like that chemicals are not used in the cleaning process...when my carpets are dry, they are soft and not crunchy.

We were told we could walk on our clean carpet in about 4-7 hours. Try three days!! The carpet stayed wet, then damp for three straight days! We opened windows to help it dry. We turned up the heater to help it dry. Three days!! My husband says he can still feel damp spots through his white socks in some places, like hallways...this is the fifth day since cleaning....
