No soap
All of my carpets came out beautiful, even got some stubborn stains out. The technicians were on time and very courteous, explained everything as far as charges. They were very respectful of my furniture and other flooring. This was my 2nd time using Zerorez and will definitely use in the future.
Professional, courteous staff and excellent cleaning services.
The original cleaning was ok, but left a spot in the master bedroom that was just dirty, not stained. I called and asked that someone come and remove the spot. Someone came and dabbed at it with a rag, but did not do a good job.

I was very impressed with the entire Zerorez experience. The tech, Jake, was courteous as well as knowledgeable about the carpet cleaning process. This was my first time using Zerorez and he explained how it worked and what to do when he was finished. The carpets look fantastic. I like that they were dry in a few hours and there was no cleaning fluid smell.

I like that after my carpets are cleaned there is no sticky residue. They stay clean longer that way.
Cleaned good and easy going
Easy to contact - talked to a live person on phone when I called - very friendly and also pulled up my information from prior visits - was able to make an appointment quickly. Technician called in advance at time scheduled - he was clean, friendlty and professional and did a good job.

Deep clean for carpet
Your employees always do a great job cleaning my carpets. Every time, I am impressed with how clean my carpeted stairs turn out. The carpet there gets very dirty with foot traffic and looks as good as new when you finish:)

I was given an appointment window during 3-6pm and at 1:30pm the office called and said a technician was available earlier and he could be there by 2pm if I was ok with that. At exactly 2pm my technician, Major, was at my door and ready to get to work! He was phenomenal! He walked through the house with me and made suggestions and thoroughly explained the process and all that goes along with ZeroRez. He worked quickly and efficiently and took and I am extremely happy with his work. I hope to have him as the technician next time I need to get the floors done!

After Zerorez leaves, I know our house is clean again! We had two spots where the dog threw up in the bedroom. Corry was afraid the bile may have stained the carpet for good. I told him it happened once before and I had faith in him that he could do it again. The stains are gone, and we are back in business with our 11 year old black lab, Jethro. He sleeps by my side every night and is a major part of the family. His oils get trapped in the carpet. I know ZeroRez can make our great room and bedroom look crisp and fresh over and over again.
