Your cleaning man was very nice, though I felt he was rushing through the job and did not do any prep work such as pretreating any stains that were brought to his attention. The was clean but not to the level that it could have been had he taken the time to properly prep and not rush through the cleaning process.

I like the friendliness, the politeness of your agents and how knowledgeable they are about your services, and their ability to give an estimate immediately on the spot. It gives me the confidence to go ahead and allow him to take a very old and expensive Chinese silk carpet to your facility to be cleaned site unseen.
Knowledgeable technician, prompt and did a great job. Carpet was not soaked as other companies leave it.

Technician missed Master Bed closet. Called 3 times to get the $19 back. Company failed to respond. First time doing business. Probably last. It’s not the money, it’s the lack of communication and work ethic.

I wanted to wait a couple of months before I posted my review. It's been almost 3 months since I've had my Carpet cleaned throughout the house. It still looks amazing. Obviously the most trafficked areas like the stairs Nd hallway has the traffic marks, but any stains I had previously are completely gone. The Carpet feels fluffy and looks clean, almost new. I recommend Erorez to anyone with stairs and stains. They really do get them out.
What I like is your products work, and your services & the people that are the services are perfect. I've used Zerorez for years and I will never use any other carpet cleaning company. Thanks Zerorez for everything!
