I read the reviews, and had used Zerorez on a neighbors home before. Same experience both times, rep wants to upsell services before starting, like every company. This time when I choose not to deep scrub carpets, the service level seemed to go down. Rep told me I'm just going to do this quick, in and out. May carpets had been cleaned six months earlier, so I wasn't concerned with deep scrubbing. My white carpets are 29 years old (a rental) so just just get dirty fast anyway, and I track in dirt from the garage. I had moved almost every piece of furniture that's was in the way in advance (always do). I had moved the couches from their original place, so don't think rep moved them to prespray area under the couches usually in front of couch. While the rep was cleaning, I asked are you going to clean under the couches? He replied did you vacuum under the couch? I was expecting a YES. That's why I say the service level goes down. My carpets are clean, I'm happy. But not sure the service was any better than vendor I used previously from Craigslist. First name removed

I had heard about your carpet cleaning service from a friend/associate, and my husband mentioned that on the sports radio show he listens to there was an ad and then a testimonial from one of the hosts about his good experience in having his carpets cleaned.
My husband had cut out an ad from the newspaper to get our carpets cleaned after some repair work was done in our family room. In the past, we only used one carpet cleaning service.
The persons who answered the phone on a several of my calls, identified themselves by their name, spoke clearly and explained in detail the process for the cleaning and the price that it would cost. I was instructed to vacuum all the carpet before the cleaning to achieve the best results.
The technicians (Steve & Brandon) called 20 minutes before arrival, as I was told they would do, they quickly determined the rooms that needed their attention and set about their task. Brandon assisted me in moving 2 couches that I couldn't manage alone.
There was NO additional pressure to purchase a program or additional items to this cleaning job! Thanks!
This team worked well together and were done promptly. I was instructed how to walk on the cleaned carpets and it took maybe a little longer than I anticipated for the drying process to finish.
I will use this service again when I need my carpets cleaned and I will recommend this company to my friends, family & coworkers! I will also leave a review on Yelp.

I just hope you don’t raise your prices any higher. Last time it was just over a hundred, 2 years later, now the same area of carpet is $146.

The true cost exceeded the estimate by quite a bit.
We had to go back over the sofa and spot clean several areas.
In order to clean up after they left, we needed to go out and purchase a sponge mop and cleaning products in order to clean our wooden parquet floor. This is the area where they sprayed the sofa to clean it. The overspray left a haze, covering the wood floor.
What a mess!
First off, the young man who came to the house couldn't have been nicer (Van) Being I'm alone, he helped me move a couple of pieces out of the way. He was fast and efficient!!!. It was a perfect experience.

Actually your tech did do a small closet for free, but was initially going to count it as one of my three rooms or charge me an extra $20.

Sales person was good at explaining what the cleaning process was and options. We discussed moving a few pieces of furniture in our hallway. He helped me move one item, but did not move or address the small sofa that I had also asked to have moved and cleaned under.
Overall he did a good job in all other areas.
