Great customer service setting up the appointment.
Cleaner guy called before and was early, which I approved and appreciated. I think he did a good and thorough job. However my carpet was wet for much longer than in the past. In fact my stairs are still moist almost 24 hours later. Also left a musty smell which is dissipating as it dries. But it’s not a “fresh” smell. But it feels clean and doesn’t have a film residue on it.
I’m just not sure it’s worth the extra cost. I’ve used Stanley steamer and/or sears for years and I think it was about half the cost of zerorez. I’m not sure what dimensions you consider a regular room size but we got charged an oversized room for my master bedroom and closet. The master closet got charged $19+25 for being oversized. In retrospect would have been cheaper to just charge for another room. The initial over the phone quote was $280 and my final cost was $100 more because of the oversized rooms and closets which I was not asked about over the phone. Also $19 for a 4x4 closet is a bit much. The pricing could have been more transparent.
I don’t think there is anything to resolve. Just giving you my opinion.
Victor did an amazing job on our carpets. Just the fresh smell in the house is awesome. The carpet is cleaner then ive ever seen it. Explained the process and product in detail very knowledgeable. Thanks Zerorez and Victor. There's only one carpet cleaner in Las Vegas for me and thats ZEROREZ.....😃

Great team, did a wonderful job!
Zach and Myron were very professional and I exceptionally liked that they worked well together as a team in caring for my home. They offered tips for future carpet cleaning. Prior to arriving, Zach called to let me know approximate arrival time. Also, I have a curious and vocal dog; they were very friendly and accepting of her.
