Quality of the job was poor

The product did a great job and cleaned every space. The scent of everything was fresh , no chemical smells. Major was my technician. He was awesome. Very professional, thorough, and polite. He explained every step and let me check the space before he moved on. He was great and would request him again. Thank you for doing such a great job!
The technician was great.
I have requested service from Zerorez 3 times and each time I have gotten a different representative to clean my carpet, the last time it included tile and grout. Each time, I have been very satisfied with the service provided and customer service each one of the representatives provided. They were courteous and friendly. They were also knowledgeable in the product they use and what to expect.

Your technician was very punctual, and he made sure he explained the whole process, and even wanted to know if I had any questions about anything. Also most of all, my carpets are clean again, and he put down a stain resistant substance which is very useful in my situation.
