I asked your associate to please wear a mask in my home. My father is 72 years old and lives with me. I’ll observe him several times with his mask only around his mouth. While I wore a N 95 mask the whole time he was in my home out of respect for his safety while he had no respect for mine or my fathers. I don’t think that’s right regardless of what his beliefs are I am the customer and he’s in my home
First I want to put a spot light on the service technician that came to my house. He was amazing!! The level of service he provided was outstanding, spoke respect and polite. He explained everything to me and priced the fair for the job being performed. Outstanding job!! I was very satisfied and will recommend them in the future.

Results!! I bought a house and decided before moving in, to clean the carpets and tile/grout. The carpets look great, but the tiles and grout look amazing. The difference is like night and day. Marcus was the master doing the work. Marcus was knowledgeable answering all of my questions and extremely diligent in his work. Marcus is definitely a shiny star to the service provided.

Lower minimum tile cleaning prices for people with small homes/apartments/condos. If lowered I would utilize your services more often. How about a loyalty discount for frequent users.
I have had terrible experiences with previous carpet cleaning companies but Zerorez is different. I'm very very happy with the results and our carpet is immaculate! Major was the person that assisted us and he was amazing. He arrived on time and called us when he was on his way to our house. When he got here, he was very friendly, energetic, polite and did an excellent job. I can't say it enough how awesome Major was!
