This was the first time I used your service. I had carpet/area rugs, 3 couch cushions/arms and tile cleaning. The first technician that came out did a horrible job.
The tile was still dirty, and the carpet did not smell fresh. There was a vomit smell from where my dog had an issue, and it was still there.
I had to call back and have someone else respond. The second technician, Eric, was much better He went over some of what the first technician did, 3 tile areas and one area rug, and did a much better job. Eric needs to train the first technician. It makes me wonder how clean the rest of the tile and carpets are that Eric did not re-clean.
I also was disappointed with the price. I paid $575.00, and this seemed extreme for what I had cleaned which was small walking paths in 2 bedrooms, 4 area rugs and tile, 3 couch cushions and this was with a free hallway. I feel like it should have been around $200.00 at the most for what was done.
At this time, I could not justify using or recommending your service again.

The first time here the rep did not touch the second staircase which was on the order and on the invoice, and never touched a bedroom again on the order and on the invoice. I was charged for 8 rooms and had 6 cleaned; charged for two staircases and only had one cleaned. I had to call and they did send someone else out, however, I noticed that the throw rug in one of the offices was not touched and it was highly inconvenient to empty the room(s) for the second attempt at cleaning. Very disappointed. Won't use again.
Excellent service once again
The best carpet cleaning I ever had. I have very light carpets that’s had dirty dark marks from pets and shoes for a year and the stains and dirt all came out. Looks like new. The staircase was the worst but now it’s amazing and I can have friends and family over confidently. I’m so happy with the cleaning service and will always go thru Zerorez.

Great customer service from the technician. Cleaned 3 rooms (and walkin closets) for a little over $100. Very quick and professional work.

The carpets were cleaned very well and the pet smell was gone.
They called when an earlier time slot became available and when they got to my house, my mom, who was alone, felt safe and could not stop talking about how kind Major was. The floors were done so quickly and looked better immediately.

We were VERY HAPPY with the carpet and tile cleaning. They did such an amazing job on very old and very stained carpet. We will use them again and refer our friends and family.

Cleaning was done well, on time and efficient. Technician was courteous and explained the process.
When I made the appointment, I described every area that needed to be cleaned. I was asked about stairs, rooms, and hallways. I was given a quote of $235. During the cleaning it turned into $326 due to the stairs, hallway, and the size of the loft, which were all discussed previously. Very fast, prompt service. Areas cleaned very fast.
