The carpet technician was friendly and efficient, I don’t have a problem with him. However once the carpet was dry and we replaced the furniture we saw that the area in front of husbands chair is still stained . I’m not sure that the product is capable of cleaning simple stains made by shoes which were worn outside.

Customer service and emergency response is outstanding. I called and they were available to come out to spot clean the very next day. The woman answering my call and the service technician couldn't have been more helpful. They saved my carpet from permanent discoloring. My initial appointment was back in May, 2021 to clean area carpets and master bedroom wall to wall carpet. I was very impressed again, with the customer service and cleaning results. I will only use this ZeroRez company here in the Northwest of the LV Valley. Thank you!
