Carlos gave a call the night before and also around 20 before arrival. Very friendly and efficient. Had everything done in a little over an hour. I couldn't be happier with the results; also it dried a lot sooner than we expected.
Things are quick and easy
This was the second time I have used Zeroez services and I have been happy with the outcome both times. They have cleaned our pet-stained light carpets, oversized area rugs and even an oversized chair. They were on-time (early actually) and everything was cleaned as advertised. I will definitely use them again!
Carpets turn out perfect and very quick service. Your service folks are the best!
I would like to see you all call or email the client to see, once the carpet dry that if everything is as clean as it looks wet. Then come back out and redo the spots that did not come clean

We did a test in kitchen and it looked fairly well. Technician was very careful we saw a big difference in the darker discolored grout. It was a tremendous improvement....not perfect but looked so much better. I bought a model home so there was a lot of foot traffic in certain pathways.

I think it was about the same result as when I did my carpets myself with a machine I rented. The only exception is that when I did the pet treatment on a room that had old issues with pet urine that this smell became very prominent in the room. That wasn’t the result when I did it myself. It smelled good after I did it with the machine I rented.
The technicians were great and worked very hard to get all of the stains out. My carpet looks beautiful.
