Expensive
I realize my carpet is getting old but I was not happy with results of the cleaning or the odor left behind. Have had carpet cleaned by Zerorez several times. This is the first time I have been disappointed. The $222 I spent on the cleaning was a waste of money and all the time it took to empty the rooms of furniture was a waste of my time.
Anything short of a full refund will be unacceptable.
The gentleman who came out to clean my carpet was amazing! He was so friendly and did a nice job. I would definitely recommend this company and be utilizing them again!

Great customer service, wonderful follow-up and communication. The technicians communicate their timeline clearly and have always been kind, clean and courteous. I have used Zerorez twice - once for rental move-in carpet, rug and tile cleaning and once for rental move-out carpet cleaning. Both experiences were simple and affordable.

To schedule an appointment was easy and on time. It was done quickly & efficiently. There were no scrub brushes used. And the service technician “Magic Major” let me watch as he cleaned the carpet. I was impressed, the carpet got clean as soon as he started. It’s as if I had new carpet put in.

Great job cleaning carpets, but the last two times services were done at my office there were boot prints left on the tile next to the carpeted areas that were cleaned
