I love the way my carpets feel when you are through cleaning them. You always have polite and professional employees. I made an appointment and thought it was with ZeroRez, but it turned out to be ZeroResidue. I cancelled and made a new appointment with ZeroREz.

I believe that the price was too high for the work performed. While, for the most part, the floors came out looking cleaner, there were several areas that the technician could have done better. Such as in the bathrooms. For example, the tech could have moved the trash cans, instead of cleaning around it.
