After your man supposedly cleaned the floors, after it dried we vacuumed and got a lot of dirt and dog hair. As far as we are concerned your company did a very poor job of cleaning our floors!

Zerorez did a great job cleaning our floors. Major was our service tech and he was friendly, helpful, knowledgable, and went above and beyond what we expected. He deserves praise and recognition. He is a very hard worker. I would highly recommend Zerorez to anyone.
Efficient, professional and good value
We love our clean floors!!!! When given our estimate, I was shocked by the high price but after considering your fine service and wonderful products we decided to go with Zerorez. Having used Zerorez in the past, we knew their quality but never for such a big job. Erik was a great Tech who worked in a timely and professional manner and was extremely conscientious in doing his best' Would definitely call on Zerorez again , Again and AGAIN ! wayne and Ellie

Carpet came out great! I was skeptical about good results but I was very impressed.
I understand separate charges for additional services but it should be based on the size of the room.
I only had two carpeted rooms, which ended up being considered 3.; My whole home is just under 1,100 sq feet.
I had my tile cleaned at the same time.
A test first, or even once started, I should have been told that the grout color was not original and was therefore lifting off in places, not once the job was done. Now I have two different colored spotted grout, dark gray and light gray. That was very disappointing!
I felt overcharged and am not sure I will use your service again. The carpet cleaning was good and since I had protection applied will wait and see how the cleaning holds up.
The office staff and Michael were very nice and professional. I just wish he had told me about the tile once he started cleaning it.

I like the work detail, friendly carpet cleaning guy, he was on time and quick.
No residue. When you remove a spot it doesn't come back in three months. The quality of the work is high and your service pros are great.

OMG it was the greatest experience ever! Took about an hour and a half and the tech(I wish I could remember his name) was so kind and accommodating I will definitely request him next time! I have 2 dogs and frequently 2 more that visit who are all definitely prone to accidents and he not only cleaned it but added some sort of pet protectant! Took about 5 hours to dry completely and he even moved a chair from my bedroom that was too heavy for me - which I didn't even request!!! My friend recommended Zerorez and I am so happy he did! If anyone has doubts please don't!!! If I could rate the service higher I would!!
I know this is probably an odd comment. But I just thought that the cleaning was very fast.
I did have one room empty and just part of another room and then the master where he just had to go around the bed.
I did not know if the dog treatment was supposed to sit a little bit before they started or not.
I don’t know if that makes a difference on what is retrieved from the carpet or not.
It was just a lot faster service than the previous visit. And there are two people doing that one.
