The first technician that I have encountered was very rude and argumentative; he kept rolling his eye and wouldn’t stop arguing. Calling police has crossed my mind. Unacceptable! I called the manager and she was very sympathetic with technician. No price break or compensation was offered. I don’t think I will be coming back; even though, the second technician who came was very friendly.

The 2 young men whom came and worked on our site did a great job. They called ahead, arrived on time, finished on time and were polite and professional while doing the floor cleaning job.
I’m not even sure where to start. I was first quoted over the phone a $200 carpet cleaning that consisted of 4 rooms and a hallway. When the tech got here we explained to him that we just wanted 2 rooms and the hallway. He then proceeded to sell us on a “bio treatment” for spots we had from our dog but told us he would give us a “deal” and it would just be $35 for the one room and he would do the others on the house. Lastly, he sold us on couch cleaning for $200 which we were totally fine with.
The spots never came up, the carpet price was still $200 even though we subtracted 2 large rooms, the $35 bio treatment turned into x3 and the spots are still in the carpet! I’m addition, he didn’t even clean to our baseboards so now we can see exactly where we cleaned vs. didn’t. A complete nightmare.
