My service tech, Michael, was wonderful. My area rugs look and feel brand new. The garage floor came out great. And the kitchen tile floor that he did complimentary just to show me how tile would come out was impressive. I will be scheduling the rest of the house tile with Zerorez in the future.

I thought our recent technician did a very good job. He was professional and polite - I would recommend him.

My carpet has visible lines in it but I hope the next cleaning will even it out. It is so much cleaner!

My wife and I have a larger home with older well-worn carpet. We have grown children, and many animals and all that happens to carpet with that combination. I watch channel thirteen news every day, and I kept seeing this guy Doug on the TV talking about his carpet cleaning company. So, I decided to give it a try. I'm glad I did. The process was easy. I called the number made an appointment for cleaning. They called and confirmed the appointment and showed up on time! The tech that came to my home was named Major. Major was a great representative of the company. He had good things to say about the company management, and ownership. Best of all he had a great attitude and was happy to answer all my questions. He seemed very confident about his answers, and that I would be happy with the service. He was right. I'm happy very happy. I've lived in this home for 20 years. I have always used a National Brand to clean my carpets. Not anymore, it's Zerorez for me. Thanks, guys for a job well done!
