I am horrible at names, but my cleaner explained in detail what he would be able to do with my doggie urine stained carpet. Gave me a quote much less than I was expecting. He did an amazing job and was done much sooner than I expected as well! My carpets look amazing and I will definitely be calling again next time I need my carpets cleaned!

Helpful with all aspects
Great service from Ethan! I was starting out with a few rugs and one room and ended up doing a little more. The rugs smell so good and no "funky" after feel. I love Zeroes!

I like that the carpets are not soaked and will be completely dry in just a few
hours. Technicians I have had are upbeat and personable and do a good job.
My service tech, Michael, was wonderful. My area rugs look and feel brand new. The garage floor came out great. And the kitchen tile floor that he did complimentary just to show me how tile would come out was impressive. I will be scheduling the rest of the house tile with Zerorez in the future.

When asked to put a mask on, your technician denied having a mask available.
Very impressed with work that was completed. Easily removed all stains , especially dark spots in high traffic areas and addressed concern areas as well. Gentleman was very polite, quick and efficient and commutative along the way. Will DEFINITELY use Zerorez again and certainly will recommend to others. Thank you again!!

I have dark tile that gives the illusion of wood and dark grout. I understand I’m not going to see a stark difference as if I had lighter towel or light grout. For me it is a major problem that your product when dries leaves bits and pieces of white residue. At one point before the operator laugh I brought it to his attention and he said well the machine can’t get back into the small areas where the water is. When it dried it was worse. I feel I paid way too much money to have to look at that or get down on my hands and knees to try to get it up. I do feel that my floors are clean but not happy with the rest of it. there’s more that I could say but I won’t because it seems you’re only solution instead of trying to talk to me about it is sending the same guy back. Your call center refused to give me your email address I had to find it using my own devices. Not a happy customer.
