Thank you Zerorez!! Cory was courteous and professional and got the job done quickly but everything looked wonderful as usual! I have used them several times and would not use anyone else! This time I got my entire house done carpeting and tile even area rug. Always well worth it, and highly recommended!
We appreciate the lack of chemicals and the softness of the end product. Previously, we've ended up with crunchy carpeting. Don't like that.
Ethan worked really hard to get our unexpected cat "issue" under control. He was friendly and natural and I'd ask for him again. So would the dog. Still not sue what the cat was angry about.
The 30 day guarantee is a relief and hopefully, we'll never have to use it.
Carpet cleaning is one of my least favorite household chores and you make it less unpleasant.

Traffic area dint clean dint use any spot cleaner for stained area. When asked he says carpet is worn it’s only 4years old. We used stanly steamer before and made it look much cleaner. Floor cleaning is very expensive 4 rooms and stairs and kitchen costed me 700+

I was referred. So far the technician seemed knowledgeable and was very professional. I would suggest that if picking up an area rug that two people are available to assist with remote bing the furniture
It seemed like there was some residue left over the next day when I came into work. It almost looks like the carpet is damaged in a couple places. I am pretty sure it is just where the carpet was creased and there is a white film on it. I want to see what it looks like after it has been vacuumed a few more times.

It is my own fault I signed off on the paperwork without paying attention your technician overcharged me the special in the paper I called about was $33 a room and Tracy charged me $45 per room also my carpets do not look any better then before they were cleaned the first time I used your company the technician was here for two hours and my carpets looked good this time Tracy was done in 30 minutes with my whole house and when the carpets dried they do not look like they were even cleaned😩

Associate was extremely professional and courteous. He didn't leave any water puddles on the hard floors and the carpets came out very clean and dried in a day. No heavy water left in them. I have tried out several companies in town and I think I can stop now. They are really good and I will use them from now on. Pricing at around $35 a room is average with discounts and additional service fee. (Something new.)
