Friendly service, fresh smell after cleaning of carpet & added protection to minimize stains.
The technician Kanoa does high quality work. Everything from communicating his exact arrival time to explaining the procedure then following through with excellence is what I got. He actually arrived early but texted/called me and we coordinated our times for a perfect experience. Ask for him by name.

Friendly techs arrived in time and got right to work. They had our carpets cleaned and even help move a piece of furniture that was too heavy for me. Great price and very knowledgeable. I will use them again and tell everyone else ti use them, as well.

My tile floors look beautiful! The technician was on time, effeicient and friendly. I originally just wanted a room of carpet cleaned but ended up doing my tile as well when he showed me what he could. Very happy.

We had a great experience. Tracey called ahead and showed up on time. He walked the house with me and made sure he knew what we wanted. He was quick and workmanlike, very professional. Done in good time. The carpet was dryer than we’ve had before with other companies.
We will use Zerorez again, and hopefully Tracey will be our man again.
