Jon did an excellent job and very knowledgeable and super friendly.
My technician Carlos arrived right on time and listened to all my concerns with my carpets. He was very professional in his answers and did a beautiful job cleaning them. I will definitely use Zerorez again and have already recommended them to my friends and neighbors.
Ensure that a better job is done in cleaning up. The mopping left many marks on the tile floor.

I like having clean floors without a chemical residue left behind. I want my grandchildren to be able to crawl and lay around on my floors. Using chemicals made me nervous to have them do that. I also like the clean fresh smell that is left behind!

Quality and courteous cleaning, and performed quickly. Zak and help (sorry, forgot his name) did a very nice job. I was surprised that stains I thought were permanent disappeared, and I was actually charged $20 less than the estimate.

Excellent service and outcome
My last service was not with my usual technician. I requested him, I was told he was scheduled and then on the day of service I was told he was on vacation.. I would’ve preferred to reschedule but no one advised me.
The technician that did the service was good it didn’t give the same attention to detail. I felt that the service was rushed.
When I set appointment I told contact that I had a 800 sf master suite to clean. I was told that the minimum charge is 102 for two rooms. I decided to add on a second small bedroom. The cleaner came and cleaned the sleeping area in the master, and the sitting room in the master and said that was the two rooms, he did not even clean the walk-in closet. To make it more disappointing he recommended that he use a special brush on the carpet. So in the end I paid $172 dollars to have 2/3 of one room cleaned. No furniture was moved so ended up being about 280 sf of carpet. You need to be more specific when you quote a price, hard to believe you consider a walk in closet a room! Feel like I got ripped off and oversold.
