This last visit was our 2nd service visit and the outcome was disappointing. Our appointment was set for 3:30pm, but the technician arrived earlier. Eric proceeded his work promptly and completed within 45-minutes. From our observation at our doorway, the carpet appearance looked normal, and damp to touch from the cleaning process. This time of the year (May), outside temperature @89-degrees along with running the ceiling fan & floor fan together to improved dry time. However, after 4-hours of waiting, our carpet felt damp with only a slight dry improvement. In addition, the pet urine odor had returned which overwhelmed inside our bedroom. The odor was only elevated with each passing hour worse than before the cleaning process. Dry Time took TWO DAYS!!! Day-3, Ricardo (technician) arrived upon our request to correct the botched carpet cleaning. Complaint #2: We specifically requested Ricardo for the 2nd return visit, but Eric was sent instead. When Ricardo proceeded to clean, a very distinct and pleasant citrus smell began to permeate and I can recall the very same aroma Ricardo had done with first job he did for us. This citrus perfume WAS NOT evident on the previous botched job. Thank you Ricardo for an excellent effort to remedy our problem.
Didn't show for appointment scheduled from 3 to 6 PM. (dinner time.) I verified they would arrive soon after I called to get update on time they would arrive. No show at all. Called after 6 pm, office closed. Of course, they went home to dinner.
Next day when cleaners came they tried to sell me "extras", like stain guards, aerosols (?) and then told me the area rug, 11x 13 was priced by the square yard. But they would credit me $25 for the late arrival. WOW I said then measure it and don't include the areas under the double recliner. I was not told the price would be by the square yard. I told the scheduler that it was a large area rug and size so they could price it accordingly. We are on the 4th floor with elevator access and was told they would need to use a portable cleaning machine and that would be $50. The cleaners that came to the house said they would use the truck mounted machine and could get the hose up through our lobby but that was $100 extra. I was so frustrated and expressed by disappointment for the whole job that the cleaner said he would charge me a set fee pf $50 for the p cortion of the area rug he cleaned and include the "extras" for free for my troubles. In the end it cost $182 to clean my master bedroom with a built in king size bed, the small area in the den.
I think you must send the quote in writing, and everybody sign the agreement. You might have to come out and view the area if there are any questions. Staff should not go home before the cleaners are finished or at least be reach available.
Your cleaner was trying to make it right but didn't actually seem to be sincere. He did try to give me a deal but it was a bit too late.
You are way overpriced compared to everyone else

I spent almost $500 for 3 small rooms full of furniture and one tiny hall and the bedroom that I paid extra for pet treatment still smells and carpet is rough where treated.
