Techs were on time, gave us a courtesy call, very polite during the intro and whole time they were at our house. Explained in detail what they would be doing. Overall very pleasant having them in our home. Worked efficiently and did a great job.
I have just had a bunch of work done on my house and the floors were a mess. I can't believe how clean they are, I am amazed. And no obnoxious smell. The person who did the work was quick and efficient.

I had a heavily pet stained carpet. Thanks to your great tech Steven, it was resolved! He also cleaned tile that the grout was black from a previous owner and it looks great now!

I could not see where my promotion was applied we wer we supposed to have 3 roons done for 0$ i was charged nearly 700 dollars,for 4 regular size rooms and 4 large rooms also i have gotten better results for less money in the past i have used zerorez several times and had nothing but good things this time i was left feeling a bit taken advantage of.
I was impressed with the quick response after leaving a message, I liked the gentleman that serviced my carpets. The prices was fair. Overall I will use them again.

I remember asking to have my carpets cleaned by the going price, so my bill should have been $around $117 with tax, but I see that I have been deep cleaning for additional $70. I am feeling that I was taken advantage of. I know you can't /won't do anything now that the damage has been done. so very disappointing. it felt like a bait and switch, I will warn my friends if they ask me about this company. thank you
I have used you before and always rated you a 10. On Friday, I had one bedroom carpet done for the sale of my Dad's home. It dried stiff and smelly like not enough water was removed. I am going back tonight to see if odor is gone. I hope so. New owners coming this week.

You schedule department sucks!
Your crew was early and they got set up quickly. My carpets look wonderful, they're over 12 years old, and they are very inexpensive, but they look brand new.
The only negative was, I explained to your rep when I called to make an appointment about a doggie accident (diarrhea) in my hall, that would probably need a little elbow grease. I was quoted one price, but when your crew arrived and we discussed this issue, the price of the cleaning went up. I just wish that I had been quoted the correct price when I called in to schedule the appointment.
Otherwise, I am very happy with the results and would recommend ZEROREZ
to my friends and family.
