carpets were still wet 24 hours later and we had 5 ceiling fans and four other fans circulating air with the thermostat set at 71 degrees. When carpet was finally dry we vacuumed to 'lift the nap' and hope the traffic area dirt would be gone but it wasn't, it is more obvious. $187.00 plus a tip for 45 minutes to do 5 rooms, three of which were berooms.
My wife is very fussy and she likes the tile job Zach did,she says "it looks like new"!
I was not happy with the attitude of the gentleman that came to my home. I was given a quote over the phone of $249, after this guy walked around my home, bragging about how he’s a trainer in the company, he tells me it’s going to be almost $700 to clean my carpets! He was almost argumentative! It was unpleasant and very uncomfortable. I suggest he gets training on his attitude before walking into another home!!!!!

Good afternoon.
I had my tile cleaned, and it looks amazing. My issue is..... The last time my tile was cleaned, by Zerorez, the price was $350. This time, for the same area plus one bathroom, the price was $692 and that’s after a $357 “ Nice customer“ discount. Otherwise, without the discount the cost would’ve been over $1000. IIn other words, three times more than prior. There seems to be inconsistencies with the technicians and pricing. I have an appointment to have my carpets cleaned by Zerorez on Tuesday the 24th, I was given a quote over the phone that includes a free pet stain treatment, I hope the end price does not end up being more than due to suggested extra work that needs to be done to treat my carpets. I'm so glad I chose Zerorez for my residential carpet cleaning here in Las Vegas. The Technician who came out to my home was extremely professional, very personable, polite and quite charming, to say nothing of how hard and focused he worked. His name was Greg W. and I would certainly request him in particular should I need similar services again in the future, I would also definitely recommend Zerorez to anyone who I might learn, was/is looking for an amazing carpet cleaning service.

Courteous, Clean, knowledgeable technician. Our technician, Kanoa, was very patient answering all our concerns and questions. He even came a bit early, which was a first and much appreciated.
Our carpets came out cleaner and feeling softer than from any other carpet cleaner we have had in the past.
