My carpets have never been cleaner. All heavy traffic areas are no longer visible. All the cleaning was explained to me very well. I also had the 100 square feet of my floor cleaned and stripped. The area that was done came out very nice. I am considering having our grout cleaned in a few weeks. My technician was wonderful, thorough and took extra time to answer my questions. Technician was very good and did a great job
First of all, Will was not only knowledgeable, but he has such a great vibe about him he was so nice, and Caron was very helpful too! My boss was so happy he said they did a really great job!

Victor and his assistant were very professional and did an excellent job with our 4 rugs.
Love the quality of the work, and the lack of residue after its dried. The tech's are very professional and knowledgeable. Would recommend to anyone in need of service!
Excellent cleaning, no film on carpets, no heavy shampoo smell
I still have pet stains in the bedroom that they treated to remove pet stains from and they damaged part of my staircase wall. For paying almost $300 I expect better service. I will not ask this company to clean my carpet ever again.

Every tech that comes to service my carpets has been so courteous, knowledgeable about the service and always offers tips regarding maintenance.
Victor did a very professional and competent job on my 3 carpets, 2 area rugs and 2 recliners. I was blindsided by the cost to apply a "bio" treatment to a pet urine spot area and my bill jumped $140 subsequently. I think it would be cheaper to get rid of the dog!
I contacted your office and asked if it was your practice to not use corner guards to protect the walls. I was told that the service person is supposed to, but the service person makes the decision to use them or not.
I explained, I had not ever had other companies not protect the wall corners from the hoses.
I was told he would bring this to the training divisions attention.
The person I spoke with seemed to not have time for my concerns and never asked about the scaring of my walls.
I don't feel the cleaning of carpets was better this time than any other, but the customer service was substandard.
I'm preparing to remove the marks on the walls.
Service was great! Greg W., the service tech, called and said he was running ahead of schedule and asked if it was convenient for him to come early. I was delighted. He arrived on time and was very friendly. I asked if he could include two area rugs that I had not requested in my initial order. He gave me a quote and got right to work. My home is small and I think he was done in about 30 minutes. The carpets and area rugs look wonderful!! Almost like new. AND the price was great. I will definitely use ZeroRes again and have recommended them to several friends.

The two young men who came to clean our carpets and sofas were very personable, very courteous, and very professional. They were very respectful of my home as well. They did a very thorough and fantastic job.

I usually like you guys but my last service was not as good as my last I requested Victor and so understand he was not available but I had a few areas that could have been cleaned better one spot was dog poop and I know that could be cleaned and the area by my stairs could have been cleaned better it still looks dirty not as dirty but it still looks dark. I thought it would look different when it dried but it didn’t. The young man that was here did a good job every where else and he got a stain out of my sofa so I thank him for that.

The process had begun but was interrupted for about 45 minutes for a new replacement truck after something malfunctioned in the original truck. Also found a few nicks on the door jam caused by the hose. End product very good. Very nice technician.
