I think my best answer is I made a phone call and someone answered, no answering machine, a live person and made the appointment with me. Normally, certain types of businesses use an answering service or voicemail and then the message gets lost.
It was nice to speak to someone and make the appointment. The gentlemen that came to my house was timely and courteous and my carpet dried fast and looks great! I will definitely recommend ZeroRez Las Vegas to my family and friends. Thank you!

Carpet in one room really didn’t clean which we were concerned about. However I think a discount or something should be offered just a general practice. Otherwise the service is always good

We were extremely impress with your technician Victor. Everything came out great and very clean. He was most respectful of our house and other items when he cleaned and did an excellent job.
Very Pricey for the tile and I am not satisfied with the guest bath and part of the kitchen-. When everything dried I have dark grout, light and inbetween .
The technician was very polite and careful to not damage anything. He explained the whole process and options clearly. Pricing was straightforward. The carpets look great after cleaning.

Great Technishons
After discussing my small dog in the background, my cleaning rep asked if I had any pet stains. I told him I might, but were small, and pointed out 3-4 small spots in my living room. (I have a pomeranian). He then said he could smell them. I would suggest refraining from telling a 1st time or repeat customer, that you can smell their pet stains/urine, which there was no odor. Working in retail, I understand and expect other products or services as an upsell and sm not opposed. He offered a pet stain/deterrent for an additional $35, which I accepted. However, he doesn't have to suggest he can smell an odor to convince me in additional products. Just a suggestion for training.
