Non-toxic
When I scheduled my appointment to have my carpets cleaned, I requested Daniel. He cleaned my carpets last year and did an amazing job. On my recent cleaning he called to let me know he would be coming early, He had an another fellow with him, they were a great team, professional, friendly and did a great job. I highly recommend Zerorez, I have used them for years.
Yes my carpet is white, probably harder to clean! I can still see where the spots are and he told me they will probably come back, also ask me when I was gonna have company again, why? Sorry but really disappointed in the results, you could still see the spots as he walked out the door that the time he was here was maybe 45 minutes!!

After paying so much and having the floors cleaned, there were marks that looked like cloudiness in certain spots. I called the technician (who was really nice - great guy) and he came back and basically used a mop and water to go over the spots.
I liked the technicians but thought the product was terrible.

Technician seemed to know how Zerorez was formulated and took the time to explain how it works. Very nice tech. My only complaint is I felt he hurried to fast and left a few puddles of water on my caret.

I will kike to register a serious complaint regarding the conduct of one of your carpet cleaning technicians, Travis, who was scheduled to provide service at my home today, April 11, 2026 at approximately 9:15 am
Upon his arrival, after Travis had already ascended to the top of my stairs, I politely reminded him of my prior request for all technicians to either remove their shoes or wear protective shoe coverings while inside my home. This is a standard practice I maintain to preserve the cleanliness of my floors and respect my personal space.
To my surprise and disappointment, Travis not only disregarded this reasonable request but responded with an unprofessional and dismissive tone. When I reiterated the importance of shoe coverings, he retorted, "I'm gonna clean your carpet." I explained that while he might be cleaning the carpeted areas, the request applied to all surfaces and that all previous technicians from other companies had consistently honored this policy. He was the sole individual to outright ignore my explicit instruction.
The situation further deteriorated when Travis adopted a confrontational stance, stating, "Nobody’s gonna clean my house with my attitude." I found this remark incredibly offensive and utterly uncalled for. I firmly corrected him, clarifying that my request was about respect for my home and adherence to a reasonable policy, not an "attitude." His disrespectful demeanor and unwillingness to accommodate a simple, common courtesy were entirely unacceptable.
Given his continued recalcitrance and escalating hostility, I felt I had no option but to ask Travis to leave my property, as I was no longer comfortable having him perform any service. As he exited, he made a final dismissive comment, implying that any complaint I might file would have no consequences for him, stating, "Go ahead, go ahead. They’re not gonna do anything to me."
This entire experience was deeply disturbing and utterly failed to meet the professional standards I associate with ZeroRez. My understanding is that your company prides itself on highly trained technicians, excellent customer service, and a positive working environment – none of which were evident in Travis's behavior today. His lack of professionalism, blatant disrespect for a client's property, and confrontational attitude are completely unacceptable.
I expect a thorough investigation into this incident and a prompt resolution. I had anticipated a positive experience with ZeroRez, and instead, I was left with an uncompleted service and a deeply unsettling encounter. I would appreciate discussing how ZeroRez intends to address this matter.
The technician was very thorough and performed the job quickly without skipping any corners. The price was reasonable and the carpets look and smell amazing.

Mekal was the tech and he was very unprofessional. I could not personally be home for the appointment so my mother received him. He made comments to her about the carpet being cheap and that he cannot do magic to get the carpet clean so we should be ok with mediocrity? He also got bothered when it was requested he retouch spots on the carpet. As a professional cleaning company cleaning area rugs shouldn’t require magic much less be that great of a challenge. Furthermore when you invite someone into your home to perform a service that is not free, it is unacceptable for them to make any negative comments. Had I known at the time he would have been asked to leave immediately. I also don’t know if it’s standard, but he collected payment before doing the work which at that point whether the job is good or bad, the company is paid so it’s easy for the crappy attitude to come out. I truly regret using your company but at least I can mark it off as one I will never use or recommend. I don’t need a refund, but that level of disrespect from your representatives is disgusting.
