Spots that were on the rug before were made larger. You came back to fix it and it made the spots BIGGER. Give me a refund or fix it.

Braden was absolutely amazing from start to finish. He explained the services and got right at it. He showed the effects of the cleaning, which were incredible, and went through the house, room by room, providing Zerorez service. Braden was an outstanding Ambassador for Zerorez with the quality of work performed. He demonstrated the value of the services, particularly with our tile, and we were completely impressed by the level of service provided. We would highly recommend Braden and Zerorez to others. The carpet still has dirty spots in it. The man that did it seemed in a hurry like he didn’t really care how it turned out.
The person that did it last year young man was much more assertive on the cleaning. Did an excellent job had great customer relations.
We’d like to have a different person come out and redo the carpeting that we paid for.
From the company standpoint, honor more discounts/specials to returning customers-or-if there is a TV commercial that says call us for $99 special, two rooms and free hallway. When I talked to the person who answered the phone, I told her that I wanted that offer instead of what I was quoted for my upcoming visit. She was rude and said that offer expired at the end of April. I told her it was just on TV that day. She again rudely said it was no longer valid. I said it should not be on current TV (false advertising). We still did the service, only because we requested Will, and he is terrific. He explains things, and we always add on extra services, but they should have honored the special to us that was on TV.
Will was very professional and efficient. My carpet looks like new. Thank you!

Thank you Zerorez for a timely, thorough and professional job. I learned of your company via an advertising segment on the local news and also social media sites. Today, my Technician was (Eric O.) and he was excellent and provided a detailed service. I was quoted the time-frame of 8am-10am for my anticipated time. Eric contacted me via phone a little after 8am; and arrived to my home within 20 minutes. Upon arrival, he explained the process, educated me on additional option recommendations; which included the deep clean. This was recommended due to the state of certain areas of my carpet. I shared with him my experience with another company a year ago that didn't do a good job. Eric definitely, represented Zerorez well and his service met the standard of what I saw advertised. I am very pleased with the result; and more importantly the timeliness, professionalism and excellent customer service provide. Thanks, again (Eric O) and Zerorez. Professional and courteous employees
The first guy that came didn’t do a good job. So I called zero rez and told them and they sent another guy out. His name is Mekal Lawson. He made sure everything was done to my satisfaction. Very good customer service skills. I would like for him to come clean my carpet and tile from now on. You want someone who cares about satisfying all the customers service that I paid for. I will always use zero Rez for my carpet and tile needs.

Timely and efficient? Carpet looks great. Braiden did a super job. We requested him as he has done our unit before.
Braiden arrived at 10:45, surveyed the carpets to be cleaned, quoted pricing accordingly and got to work. He finished around noon. He was respectful of my home and furnishings and baseboards. In addition to the 3 room offer and an additional low-pile area carpet (8X10'), Braiden offered to do two runners for $10 each, which I appreciated. He upsold me to a "130 BrushPro" service which cost $70 additional. (All my Zerorez techs in the past have found ways to upsell me once they are here...)
The low-pile area carpet was dry in 2 hours; the plush wall-to-wall was almost dry in 8 hours, but I didn't put furniture back until the next day. I especially like the feel of the plush carpet on my bare feet after a Zerorez cleaning; it is truly "zero residue".
Terrible customer service and terribly unsatisfactory results. I would not recommend. You can fix my stairs which you have offered to do but only after dismissing me and trying to allege you didn’t create the damage which YOU ABSOLUTELY DID! You can fix my stairs and refund my money. Unfortunately when you treat your customers with the callus and dismissive attitude your cleaner treated me, repairing what was damaged doesn’t restore the impression you left. It’s just the least you can do. I will not be using or recommending Zerorez. As for my google rating, you put the zero in Zerorez.
I heard about zerorez a long time ago and never tried it because I figured it wouldn't work without chemicals etc.. I've been using a traditional carpet cleaner and they really do a fantastic job. The problem is that they've become expensive and I've been putting it offline. My daughter is a real estate agent and your company did a seminar on your services and she encouraged me to try it. I called Zerorez and 4 days later your technician was cleaning my carpet. It only took maybe 1 hour and it was done. It was left mildly damp and absolutely dry by the next morning. I had a couple of bad foot traffic stains and they disappeared. Great job done by your rep "Sol"!

I had to go clean my carpets at my old rental. The results were like you didn’t even touch the carpet. I called to let you know when you said you were gonna send somebody to re-clean. I just checked it yesterday. It looks just as bad if not worse. Your slogan says “ insanely clean carpets” only thing insane is that I had to pay for carpets that never got cleaned.
